Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact leadership forums, roundtables, and conferences under the SpeakIn Asia Dialogues Forum (ADF) series across multiple cities in Asia.

This role demands a meticulous planner, strong communicator, and creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete event planning and execution lifecycle - from concept to completion - ensuring seamless delivery of high-profile events.
• Manage venue selection, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, hospitality, production, and on-ground operations.
• Liaise with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, content, design) to align event messaging, brand visibility, and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate with CXO-level speakers, partners, and clients for schedules, travel, and on-site requirements.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, checklists, and budget trackers to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
• Oversee branding, stage design, and experience curation in collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Manage vendors (AV, dcor, photography, travel, etc.) and negotiate cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Ensure flawless execution and guest experience through on-site management and contingency planning.
• Post-event reporting, evaluation, and documentation for continuous improvement.
