VAYUZ Technologies - Golang Engineer - Backend Technologies

Description :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and production-ready backend services

- Develop event-driven systems using Kafka producers to publish reliable events

- Ensure data consistency between databases and event streams

- Collaborate across teams to integrate external APIs and frontend components

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices

- Deploy and debug services in containerized and Kubernetes-based environments

- Implement observability (metrics, logging, tracing) from day one.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience developing scalable, production-grade software systems

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and testing 2+ years of commercial experience building backend services in Go

- Strong knowledge of Go concurrency (Goroutines, Channels)

- Experience with interface design and idiomatic Go error handling

- Basic to intermediate experience with Vanilla JavaScript for frontend integration

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Ability to write and modify Kubernetes manifests (Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps)

- Experience debugging pod behavior and containerized applications

- Proven experience implementing Kafka Producers

Understanding of :

1. Reliable event publishing

2. Topic partitioning

3. Retry and failure-handling strategies

- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL

- Experience designing schemas and managing transactions

- Ensuring data consistency before publishing events
