• Conceptualising and planning projects.
• Biding for tenders.
• Understanding government procedures.
• Dealing with consultants (design).
• Dispute resolution with stakeholders.
• Directly oversee all aspects of construction operations, including project management, site operations, procurement, logistics, and quality control.
• Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including safety risks, regulatory compliance, environmental concerns, and financial risks.
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to enhance Company's Project Execution Capabilities.
