GenAI Principal Architect

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Architect to lead and provide portfolio-level technical mentorship for a wide range of projects. This role offers an opportunity to impact the architecture and design direction of cutting-edge solutions, including Generative AI stacks, as well as contributing thought leadership through blog posts and presentations, deep expertise in one of the cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, and GCP), and the ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Project Supervision & Leadership :
• Allocate and manage approximately 50% of your time across supervising 3-5 projects. Begin with high-touch guidance on medium-level complexity projects, then transition to a checkpoint mode.
• Provide mentorship to juniors and escalate unresolved issues to the superiors as needed.
• Scope of Work :
• Act as the design authority and portfolio-level technical mentor for assigned projects. Provide strategic leadership in technical presales and lead cross-functional collaboration with project teams.
• Should be helping as a consultant helping multiple different projects along with customers’ consultation, handling workshops for clients.
• Presales & Consulting :
• Lead proposals, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients. Deliver estimations related to effort, infrastructure, and pricing (including AWS SMC).
• Support cost calculations / optimization, especially in cloud-native or distributed environments.
• Breadth of Exposure :
• Possess broad exposure across agents, RAG, evaluation, orchestration, observability, and cost / performance trade-offs.
• Good to have multi-cloud exposure across AWS, Azure, GCP both on Generative AI stacks but also cloud architectures more broadly. Extensive experience with one of the clouds, is a must.
• Thought Leadership :
• Contribute to the organization’s thought leadership by writing detailed architectural blogs and presenting case studies.
• Act as a trusted voice within the industry for architectural best practices and insights into emerging technologies.
