Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will lead agricultural innovation by introducing farmers to our advanced app that utilizes satellite data to optimize farming practices. Your mission is to enroll farmers, showcase the app's benefits, and drive agricultural transformation in Western Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with farmers to promote our satellite-powered app and its yield-enhancing capabilities.
Conduct on-site demonstrations and training sessions for farmers to illustrate app benefits.
Achieve enrollment targets and expand the user base in your assigned territory.
Organize and lead farmer meetings to introduce the app and collect user feedback.
Build and nurture relationships with local agricultural communities.
Collaborate with the product team to share user insights and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in fertilizers, seeds, or related sectors.
Strong communication skills in Marathi.
Proficient in using smartphones and mobile apps.
Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel within the territory.
Self-driven with a passion for agriculture and technology.
