Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Test Lead with strong expertise in UiPath automation and deep domain knowledge in Cash Management within the Banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts, managing team workloads, ensuring quality deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation & Domain Expertise :
- Leverage UiPath to automate test processes and workflows.
- Apply deep understanding of Cash Management and banking operations to validate business requirements and test scenarios.
- Team & Task Management :
- Assign tasks to QA team members and manage workload efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Project Tracking & Coordination :
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress.
- Coordinate with business users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
- Requirement Management :
- Keep track of evolving project requirements and ensure test cases are updated accordingly.
- Metrics & Reporting :
- Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation across testing phases.
- Report on testing activities including test case coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
- Defect Management :
- Lead daily defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to address issues.
- Process Adherence :
- Ensure strict adherence to defined test processes and standards.
- Conduct reviews and audits to maintain quality benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in UiPath automation tools.Strong domain knowledge in Banking, especially Cash Management.8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in metrics-driven reporting and defect lifecycle management.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
