Job description

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise (Must-Haves) :

  • Experience : 4+ years of professional experience in React.js and its ecosystem.
  • Core Languages : Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • State Management : Deep experience with Redux, Redux Thunks / Sagas, or MobX for managing complex global application state.
  • Styling : Proficiency in modern styling techniques (Styled Components, Sass, or CSS-in-JS).
  • APIs & Data : Strong understanding of REST, WebSockets, and data serialization techniques for high-volume data streams.

Domain Expertise (Fintech & Trading) :

  • Financial Experience : Proven experience building user interfaces for financial applications, trading platforms, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Trading Concepts : Familiarity with core trading concepts : Order lifecycle, bid / ask spreads, market data structure, and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Regulation : Basic understanding of Fintech compliance and data residency issues.

    • Education and Soft Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven trading environment.
