Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Surat. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to / from clients, handling inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups, as well as coordinating with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns.

• Experience / Fresher in customer service and handling inquiries
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up effectively
