Role Description

· Supervising the work of Executives

· Ensure timely closure of monthly/ quarterly accounts

· Verification and Filing all the Statutory Returns

· Guiding the team, highlighting and resolving issues pertaining to the department/unit

· Preparation of budget

· Analysis and review of various account balances

· Record Maintenance monitoring to ensure proper storage and timely retrieval

· Review agreements pertaining to the department /unit and ensure compliance of the same

· MIS Preparation

· Audit co-ordination

· Preparation of Final Accounts

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes using Oracle ERP

Education: PG

Experience: 5-7 years

Knowledge and Skills:

• Verbal Ability/Communication Skill: Ability to comprehend verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department.
• To give accurate and tactful explanations to patients. Problem solving/ Decision-making
• Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the Doctors and the other related departmental personnel.
• Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
• Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
• Affinity to work in team.
• Enthusiasm.
• Open-mindedness
