Job Purpose :

To lead and oversee large-scale renewable energy projects across geographies, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-controlled execution aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the execution of large scale solar / wind / EPC projects across multiple sites.

Develop and review project schedules, execution plans and resource allocation.

Supervise site managers and ensure alignment with company timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.

Manage vendor negotiations, contractor performance and timely delivery of materials.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms and regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic project reviews and site visits to monitor progress.

Identify and mitigate risks impacting time, cost or quality.

Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation and audits.

Train and mentor mid-level project staff and future project leads.

Maintain stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, and internal leadership.

Support the Head of Projects in strategy formulation and resource planning.

Qualifications & Skills :

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering; PMP / MBA preferred

Significant experience in renewable energy project management and stakeholder handling

Key Competencies :

Strategic execution planning

Leadership in cross-functional, multi-site project teams

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Attributes :

Proven track record in handling 100+ MW utility-scale renewable projects

Proficient in ERP, Primavera and project tracking tools
