Accountant

Location : Kochi Kerala

Experience : 3-7 Years (Construction or Architecture industry preferred)

Qualification : / / Equivalent in Accounting or Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial operations of our architectural and construction firm. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in GST filing invoice preparation project-based payment scheduling and online banking operations along with a solid understanding of day-to-day accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts ledgers and financial statements.
• Handle GST filing TDS and other statutory compliances accurately and on time.
• Prepare invoices payment schedules and project-wise cost tracking .
• Manage vendor and client payments ensuring timely disbursement and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations online fund transfers and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with project managers and the procurement team for expense approvals and billing.
• Support management with cash flow forecasting budgeting and MIS reports .
• Liaise with auditors tax consultants and other external agencies as required.
• Maintain accurate records of petty cash employee reimbursements and advances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
