Job description

Defining, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements in JDE Modules

Work with the JD Edwards technical team to resolve technical issues

Configure application software to meet business requirements

Develop support proficiency in the GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cost Accounting modules

Provide end-user training and support

Functional testing of software upgrades and enhancements

Defining report specs and working with end-users and technical Team to deliver these

Strong skills in providing process improvement aligning it with JD Edwards functionality and capability and the industry best practices
