We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in India. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management. Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with personal, employment, and status changes.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing necessary documentation and information to the finance team.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Skills Required
