Description : About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Product Manager with strong business acumen and leadership orientation to manage the strategic growth, positioning, and adoption of Siemens PLM and ALM solutions. This is a management role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and Siemens principal stakeholders to drive product strategy, business development, and customer success across key industries.
Key Leadership & Business Management :
- Define and execute the business strategy for Siemens PLM and ALM portfolios, aligning with organizational objectives and market trends.
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans, setting performance goals, sales enablement targets, and execution roadmaps.
- Drive market positioning and portfolio expansion in the commercial and private sectors, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead go-to-market strategy formulation in partnership with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams.
Product Ownership & Solution Strategy :
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from positioning and market feedback integration to roadmap alignment with Siemens global teams.Collaborate with internal technical experts to ensure solution consistency across NX, Simcenter, and ALM portfolios.Ensure continuous innovation and differentiation through market intelligence, customer insights, and emerging technology Leadership :Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, solution architects) to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.Build strong working relationships with Siemens principals for product updates, licensing policies, and roadmap communication.Facilitate high-level customer and partner engagement, driving executive-level discussions and long-term relationships.Business Development & Commercial Governance :
Oversee proposal creation, solution fitment, and commercial negotiations for strategic accounts.Monitor business performance metrics and ensure effective forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue realization.Support the creation of value propositions, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for new and existing products.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Management or Business Management5-8 years of experience in Product Management or Business Management roles within the PLM / ALM or Engineering Software domain.Deep understanding of Teamcenter, Polarion, and familiarity with Simcenter simulation tools (Simcenter 3D, Amesim, STAR-CCM+).Proven expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and business growth execution.Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendor relationships in a matrix organization structure.(ref : iimjobs.com)
