Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online communities, fostering engagement, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive user experience. Daily tasks include creating and implementing community strategies, organizing virtual events, responding to community inquiries, and collaborating with content creators.

Qualifications

  • Community Management, Moderation, and User Engagement skills
  • Experience in Organizing Events and Managing Virtual Sessions
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation skills
  • Excellent Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the tech or social media industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
