Incident & Problem Management Manage incidents and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues. Implement preventive measures to avoid system disruptions. Enhancements & Configurations Handle system changes, request fulfillment, and maintenance. Perform SAP CRM base configurations (transaction / status profiles, org determination, business roles, WebUI customizing, action profiles). System Monitoring Monitor CRM system performance. Identify and address job errors, background job issues, or bottlenecks. User Support & Training Guide business users during incident handling. Conduct user training sessions when needed. Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of configs, support processes, and resolutions. Required Skills Functional Skills SAP CRM Sales & Service modules expertise. CRM Middleware (BDOCs, IDOCs). One-Order Framework understanding. Job processing & error analysis. Technical Skills WebUI Customizing & MVC Architecture. Enhancements (BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Component Workbench). BOL (Business Object Layer) & GENIL Programming. ABAP (basic knowledge and debugging). RICEFW objects understanding.
