Senior Product Manager (Algorithms& Data Science)

Your Role

We’re looking for a  Product Manager – App   to lead our health-tech experience and build our LifeOS.

You’ll work closely with design, engineering, CX, and our beta community to deliver features that are elegant, evidence-based, and habit-forming.

Responsibilities :

Own and evolve the  entire Luna App roadmap , including onboarding, dashboard design, insights, and user journeys.

Lead product discovery and delivery for high-impact features like  Energy OS, Circadian Rhythm, Sleep Recovery  and  AI-based health layer.

Have a strong understanding towards  building algorithms

Drive measurable improvements in  app retention, App Store rating, feature adoption, and session engagement .

Translate complex physiological and behavioral science into  simple, engaging app flows .

Use data (Amplitude / Firebase / Mixpanel) to learn user behaviour

Interact on and close the loop on feedback from  beta groups and other digital communities.

Requirements : Must-Have :

4–8 years of product experience, with  at least 2+ years leading a consumer mobile app

Bachelors / M.S / Phd in Data Science, ML, Statistics from a Tier 1 college

Personal interest in  quantified self, training, mindfulness, sleep science , or longevity

Experience in  deep - healthtech, wellness, wearables, or fitness —with user empathy and domain fluency.

Exposure to AI productization, health APIs

Strong data, algorithms understanding is critical to this role.

Demonstrated ability to improve  app retention, adoption, or ratings  through thoughtful product changes.

Deep familiarity with  mobile UX , behavioral design, and  habit loop creation .

Comfort with using  data tools  (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.) and setting clear success metrics.

High clarity of thought; can operate independently, structure ambiguity, and move cross-functional teams.

A strong POV on what makes a  truly great app experience  in the wellness space.
