Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across various business functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, or R.
• Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address urgent business questions and support rapid decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses.
• Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
