ServiceNow Solutions Architect – Hands-On, Multi-Module

Rate – INR upto 22000 / day (Including 10% TDS Deduction) |

5 Days UK working hours.

Must start within 2 weeks

Location - Remote Role – Anywhere in India

We have 1 ServiceNow Dev role aswell with similar technical expertise – The rate will be Upto INR 17000 / Day (Including 10% TDS Deduction

We're seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect with a systems admin background, who can confidently translate complex business requirements into fully designed ServiceNow workflows for third-party dev teams to build.

You must be able to :

Should have 10+ yrs of experience as Service Now Dev and should 7+ yrs of experince as ServiceNow Architect.
Own and design across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, SAM, ITOM, CMDB, App Engine, etc.)
Gather, interpret, and convert business needs into functional ServiceNow architecture
Collaborate closely with Cloud teams and internal stakeholders to drive delivery
Re-align workflows that are not currently flowing – bringing a task-driven, user-focused lens

Project Context :

Sprint 3 for ITSM in progress

User stories from previous sprints still pending approval

HRSD is behind – urgent focus on self-service rollout and integrations

CMDB / Discovery & ITOM expanding

Multiple modules running in parallel – tight coordination needed
