Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on desktops and laptops
- Resolve network connectivity issues and troubleshoot network problems
- Maintain and update inventory of hardware and software
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software
- Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related fieldExperience with Windows and Mac operating systemsExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of networking protocols and technologiesExperience with remote desktop support toolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferredSkills Required
