Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Junior Talent Acquisition Expert, specializing in bulk hiring. The role involves managing high-volume recruitment projects, conducting full-life cycle recruitment activities, implementing effective hiring strategies, and executing employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will also handle candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates effectively.
Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive hiring projects.
Demonstrated experience in Employer Branding and Interviewing to attract and assess top talent.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment is a plus.
