As a Copywriter and Creative Strategist, you will create engaging and high-quality content while developing innovative strategies to enhance brand storytelling. Your responsibilities include generating ideas, ensuring the quality of copy, aligning with client goals and brand guidelines, and contributing to strategic planning. You will also write long-form scripts for the BFSI sector. Your work will focus on delivering impactful content that connects with audiences across different platforms and boosts engagement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Craft high-quality, engaging copy that aligns with client objectives and maintains Pepper’s standards of excellence.
• Write long-form scripts specifically for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, ensuring depth and clarity.
• Strategize and conceptualize creative content ideas that elevate brand narratives and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the client success team to understand their content needs and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and address any concerns or revisions promptly.
• Produce short-form written content, including marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications.
• Work closely with content strategists, editors, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
