As part of their innovation journey, they are looking for a dynamic engineering leader to drive R&D in electrical power systems .

Role Overview :

As an Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead , you will spearhead research, innovation, and development in advanced power systems . This role focuses on software-defined power, stranded power management, and simulation-driven innovations that reduce costs and improve efficiency. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, while also introducing cutting-edge solutions to keep data centers future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end R&D initiatives in power systems engineering and software-defined power
• Partner with design & engineering teams for new developments, infrastructure upgrades, and rectifications
• Drive cost optimization and energy efficiency through innovative electrical solutions
• Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB / COMSOL
• Integrate and evaluate emerging technologies for scalability, reliability, and compliance
• Conduct quarterly reviews of technologies and commercial viability to refine R&D strategy
