Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to help drive decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify key business trends, provide actionable insights, and improve data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collection & Cleaning :

Collect data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms.

Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis :

Design, develop, and optimise DBT models to transform raw data into valuable analytics-ready datasets.

Utilise your in-depth knowledge of DBT Core to upskill, train and mentor the team

Implement scalable data modelling solutions to support Business Intelligence and analytical needs.

Collaborate closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data workflows.

Clickhouse as warehouse for data analtics platform.

Apache Supersets as charts / dashboard to view the data from warehouse.

Jinja templating using python with in Apache Supersets.

Reporting & Visualization :

Create visualizations and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.

Present data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.

Collaborate with Teams :

Work closely with business units to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is used effectively in decision-making processes.

Predictive Modeling & Trend Forecasting :

Apply predictive modeling techniques and statistical methods to forecast future trends.

Provide actionable recommendations based on predictive analysis.

Quality Assurance :

Ensure the integrity and quality of data used in analysis.

Validate and audit data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Ad-hoc Analysis :

Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by business leaders.

Continuously monitor and improve data-related processes.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with at least 3-6 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and data analysis methodologies (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with programming languages such as Python,Apachesuperset.

Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Experience with machine learning algorithms and data modeling techniques.

Strong understanding of business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse concepts.
