Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Store Manager to lead operations at our premium Dhanmill location. The ideal candidate must come with strong exposure to luxury designer brands and a proven track record of driving sales, managing high-end clientele, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand standards.
• Manage client interactions, handle walk-ins, VIP clients, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead follow-ups on inquiries and leads to drive sales conversions .
• Coordinate after-sales processes including alterations, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with designer brand guidelines.
• Ensure inventory management, stock audits, and timely replenishment.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value customers and stylists.
• Manage store reporting, daily sales tracking, and performance analytics.
