Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Executive – QA & QC with strong experience in cosmetic manufacturing and a deep understanding of GMP and ISO standards. This position will play a key role in ensuring quality assurance and control for our products manufactured at third-party sites, particularly in the Western region. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, audit-ready, and capable of managing multiple 3P operations efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• The position is based in Nashik .
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with daily operations in a cosmetic manufacturing plant .
• Should possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 22716 : 2007 (GMP) guidelines .
• Must have strong analytical skills and be well-versed in day-to-day QA / QC activities .
• Will be required to coordinate with 3P teams for line trials / transit trials of NPDs and ensure that processes are appropriately established.
• Responsible for the implementation of the QMS system at all North region 3P manufacturing sites .
• Should have experience facing audits for ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and WHO GMP standards.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with the entire process flow — from RM / PM receipt to FG dispatch .
• Should be capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues at third-party manufacturing (3P) plants.
• Should be willing to travel frequently to 3P sites as per business needs.
• Will be accountable for finished goods (FG) audits of products manufactured by 3P.
• Should possess strong auditing skills and have prior experience conducting audits.
