Job Overview

As the Director of Engineering, you will provide both technical leadership and strategic direction to our frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and mobile app engineers.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on code quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Provide hands-on guidance for system architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and technology selection.
• Architect systems for scale, performance, and maintainability to support a growing B2C user base.
• Deep knowledge of frontend frameworks and backend systems (RESTful APIs, databases, authentication)
• Experience in building and scaling B2C web / mobile products.
• Familiarity with Git, CI / CD tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
