Job description

Experience : 5–7 years

Location : Pune (Preferred)

Reporting to : Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Type : Full-time | Individual Contributor (with future team leadership path)

The Role

This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role with equal emphasis on planning and

execution. You’ll drive initiatives that strengthen brand penetration, elevate awareness, and

build market credibility — especially in the global digital transformation and engineering

services landscape.

You’ll work across PR & media, social media marketing, event marketing, and online brand

reputation management, with search engine marketing as a plus skill. This role requires

close collaboration with delivery, pre-sales, leadership, content, and design teams to

ensure every brand touchpoint delivers a consistent and compelling message.

Initially, this is an individual contributor role — with a clear roadmap to building and leading

a marketing team based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand Building & Awareness – Plan and execute campaigns that increase visibility,

credibility, and engagement for CCTech in target markets.

  • Marketing Communications & PR – Lead media outreach, press releases, and
  • thought leadership to position CCTech as a trusted industry voice.

  • Social Media Marketing – Create, manage, and grow CCTech’s presence on LinkedIn
  • and other relevant platforms with high-impact storytelling.

  • Event Marketing – Plan and execute participation in industry events, webinars, and
  • conferences to boost brand presence.

  • Online Brand Reputation – Monitor, manage, and improve the company’s digital
  • reputation across channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with leadership, delivery, pre-sales, and
  • creative teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned across all channels.

  • Content Oversight – Guide the creation of brand-aligned content for digital, PR, and
  • event assets.

    Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing roles within B2B technology or
  • engineering services industries.

  • Proven track record in PR, media relations, marketing communications, and brand
  • storytelling.

  • Strong experience in social media marketing, event marketing, and ORM;
  • SEM

    knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent skills in content oversight, narrative development, and brand messaging.
  • Ability to independently plan, execute, and measure marketing initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Pune-based (mandatory) or ready to relocate.
