Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CDP / DCDP for our Continental Section in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes while adhering to food safety regulations. This position requires a passion for culinary arts and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen or restaurant.Proficient in cooking techniques and methods specific to continental cuisine.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Skills Required
