• Analyze collection metrics, including delinquency rates and recovery rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversight of collections portfolio management, prioritizing accounts and negotiating settlements.
• Address customer inquiries on delinquent accounts, resolving disputes and assisting with payment options.
• Prepare and present regular collections activity reports to senior management.
