Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, and integrations .
- Implement and customize Power Portal for external-facing CRM solutions.
- Build and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- Integrate CRM with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus , and batch jobs .
- Handle solution movement across development, UAT, and production environments ensuring version control and integrity.
- Manage performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring for CRM applications.
- Utilize Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights for diagnostics and issue tracking.
- Debug and resolve issues at both front-end (JavaScript, portals) and back-end (plugins, workflows) layers.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.
