Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, and integrations .
• Implement and customize Power Portal for external-facing CRM solutions.
• Build and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.
• Integrate CRM with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus , and batch jobs .
• Handle solution movement across development, UAT, and production environments ensuring version control and integrity.
• Manage performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring for CRM applications.
• Utilize Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights for diagnostics and issue tracking.
• Debug and resolve issues at both front-end (JavaScript, portals) and back-end (plugins, workflows) layers.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.
