About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Node.js Developer to join our core engineering team in Lucknow (U.P.). This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and optimize backend services, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.

You will work with modern tools and AWS cloud technologies to build reliable, high-performance systems that support mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Node.js / TypeScript microservices and APIs.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Conduct code reviews and support best practices across the team.
• Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions.
