Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with specialized experience in the healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex healthcare challenges and drive actionable insights for improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end data science projects in the healthcare domain, from problem definition to model deployment.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI solutions tailored to healthcare applications (EHR analysis, clinical data, patient risk prediction, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to translate business and clinical requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and derive actionable insights from structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, guiding them in model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications : : 6 - 9 years in data science / analytics with 2+ years specifically in healthcare.
