Job descriptionBachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Minimum of 5 years of experience in wind turbine technology, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and maintenance practices. Proven experience in knowledge management, particularly in environments involving AI or digital tools. Familiarity with AI / ML concepts, natural language processing, or expert systems is a strong plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex technical information clearly and logically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Experience with knowledge base platforms, content management systems, or semantic data modelling is desirable. Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety.

Your Tasks :
- Develop and maintain a structured knowledge base that serves as the foundation for an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant for wind turbines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate expert knowledge into machine-readable formats.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and capture knowledge related to wind turbine troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of the AI-guided troubleshooting system and refine knowledge assets based on user feedback and system analytics.
- Ensure that the knowledge base is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
