Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technology Lead, located in Visakhapatnam. The Technology Lead will be responsible for leading technology projects, managing the technical team, overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the Technology Lead will be expected to conduct relevant research, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in React or Java development.
• Actively contributes to coding, reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Lead and mentor the team members, providing technical guidance and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in product development and startup environments.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Define and maintain architecture, code quality, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
