As we scale, we are committed to building a strong brand identity through compelling visual storytelling and high-impact design. We are looking for a creative Visual Designer with strong motion graphics skills to help us elevate our visual presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Design static creatives for paid marketing campaigns, organic social media, emailers, landing pages, and product launches.

Develop brand-aligned visuals for presentations, internal docs, blogs, reports, investor decks, and more.

Create event, webinar, and offline collateral including flyers, posters, invites, brochures, banners, and backdrops .

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that support product storytelling and customer education.

Contribute to the evolution of Prosperr.io’s brand identity system —ensuring consistency across every visual touchpoint.

Build and maintain a design asset library (icons, illustrations, templates) to enable scale and efficiency.

Stay updated with emerging trends in design, typography, social media formats, and fintech brand communication.

Key Requirements :

3–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, startup, or in-house team.

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (and optionally After Effects).

Excellent visual skills across typography, layout, iconography, and color theory .

Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality across output.

Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

A compelling portfolio that showcases brand, digital, and campaign design projects.

Good To have

Proficiency with Figma for layout and collaborative design work.

Exposure in early-stage startups

Understanding of responsive design principles (bonus)
