Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, financials, and risks.

Ensure compliance with SDLC, organizational standards, and policies.

Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, holding them accountable to the

Definition of Done

Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive alignment, and communicate tough issues with clarity.

Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and assist in contract negotiations.

Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Must have skills :

4+ years of experience as Scrum master and release management

Experience managing projects using project life cycle methodologies.

Experience managing project budgets

Working experience on Mobile applications
