Job Title : Business Analyst.

Location : Kerala (Preferably in and around Cochin) or Bangalore.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4+ years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. Leveraging expertise in project management tools, data visualization, and analytical methodologies, the Business Analyst will drive the success of projects and improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop detailed user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations.

Project Management :

  • Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows, tasks, and documentation.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution aligned with business objectives.

    • Data Analysis :

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful insights and metrics.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Act as a liaison between business teams, IT developers, and QA to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project updates to ensure alignment.

    • Technical Proficiency :

  • Use SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and UML diagrams to visualize systems, workflows, and enhancements.

    • Problem Solving & Process Improvement :

  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to business and technical challenges.

    • Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and project documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of UML, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in agile project methodologies.

    • Work Mode : Remote / Hybrid

    Work Timing : 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM
