Job descriptionLead coordination between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution of MEP works. Conduct regular MEP coordination meetings and ensure integration with overall project activities. Ensure timely approvals of drawings, materials, and work inspections. Monitor material procurement, inventory, and installation to ensure quality and budget adherence. Verify and certify contractor bills and variations related to MEP scope. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability norms. Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for effective project execution. Provide technical support to the site team and resolve MEP-related issues. Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives on all MEP-related matters. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 15–20 years of experience in MEP projects & facilities, with at least 5 years in a healthcare / hospital environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale hospital or healthcare facility projects. Proven track record in managing large-scale MEP projects (hospitals, commercial, residential, or industrial preferred). Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project / Primavera), AutoCAD, BIM will be an advantage
