Join Lakkadhaara, where creativity meets strategy! We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Executive to craft impactful campaigns, create scroll-stopping content, and strengthen our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & execute engaging social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & more
Develop and implement social media content strategies that drive engagement and growth
Create compelling content & captions in Hindi and English
Design stunning posts & visuals using Canva
Monitor trends, plan content calendars & manage timely posting
Track performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies
Work closely with creative & marketing teams for consistent brand messaging

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of proven experience in social media management

Strong content writing skills (Hindi & English) ✍️

Good understanding of campaign strategy & platform algorithms

Proficiency in Canva with a sharp creative eye

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Trend-savvy, proactive & detail-oriented
