About the Role
You’ll own player experience from core loop to live ops : writing specs, prototyping, balancing systems, and collaborating with art, engineering, and product to ship fun, scalable mobile games.
What You’ll Do
- Design Ownership : Define vision, core loop, meta, and UX flows for new and existing titles.
- Systems & Economy : Build progression, currencies, sinks / sources, difficulty curves, and reward pacing.
- Levels & Content : Create level briefs, enemy / obstacle mixes, encounter pacing, and content calendars.
- Monetization & LiveOps : Plan offers, events, battle passes, and retention / engagement cadences (D1 / D7 / D30).
- Telemetry & Tuning : Set up KPIs, AB tests, and balance using analytics (Cohorts, funnels, heatmaps).
- Docs & Specs : Write clear GDDs, feature specs, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and build notes.
- Prototyping : Rapidly test mechanics with greybox levels; iterate from player feedback and data.
- Cross-functional : Work daily with Unity devs, artists, QA, and marketing to hit quality and timelines.
