Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech in Engineering

Experience : Minimum 10–12 years

Notice Period : Up to 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

About the Role

The Lead Planning Engineer will be responsible for driving project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within defined budgets and quality standards. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and leadership abilities to effectively manage project schedules, resources, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations as per project specifications.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement and delivery.
• Track and analyze project progress ; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct performance analysis and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Review technical drawings and provide accurate material and cost estimates .
• Ensure all project activities align with contractual, safety, and quality requirements .
• Delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure project team performance meets expectations.
• Support risk assessment, troubleshooting , and project planning optimization.
• Ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.
