Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Odoo Functional Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo modules, and providing consulting support to clients. Additional responsibilities include performing gap analysis, managing project implementation schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and offering training and post-implementation support to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and teams
• Understanding of business processes, including finance, sales, inventory, and operations
• Proven experience in consulting and guiding clients through system implementations
• Knowledge of Odoo functionality and ERP systems is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in supply chain management or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Odoo certification is a plus
