Job description

Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support to internal and external users, collaborating with Engineering departments to debug and resolve software issues, and working closely with Client Success teams to deliver excellent client experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities :
  • Provide Tier-2 client support for software technical issues via phone, email, or remote desktop applications
  • Collaborate with Engineering departments to debug and resolve software issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Client Success teams to deliver excellent client experiences and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Technical Requirements :
  • Proficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS, browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs
  • Experience with remote desktop applications, help desk software, ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, texting, and communication-based applications
  • AI tools for day-to-day tasks, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and good written and verbal communication
