Job description

Software Engineer - Backend Focus

Our team is seeking a skilled Back End Engineer with expertise in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.

We require each candidate to complete coding exercises in either "GO" or "Python."

  • Develop scalable back-end services using Go and Python
  • Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes
  • Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops teams
  • Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
  • Contribute to CI / CD workflows in a cloud-native environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we need a strong candidate with the following skills :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) and MBA from a top-tier institution
  • At least 6 years of backend development experience working at a product-based company
  • Hands-on experience with Go, Python
  • Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
