We offer a competitive salary range of 25000 - 35000 monthly along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define role requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding is a plus
