Job description

Job Title : Area Sales Manager - Home Loan Balance Transfer and Top-up

Locations : Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad

Experience : 5 - 8 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Officers, Executives, and Managers focused on home loan product sales in the assigned geographical area.
  • Drive business growth by developing multiple acquisition channels, including Direct to Consumer (D2C), Call Centre, Connector partner relationships, and open market acquisition.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high team productivity and motivation.
  • Conduct regular field visits, team training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and compliance with all internal policies as well as external regulatory guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with connector partners and customers to maximize business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the home loan or housing finance sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture a network of connectors, partners, and customers to drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
