Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Deep understanding of Wi-Fi networking concepts, protocols, and drivers.
• Experience with wireless communication standards (802.11, WPA / WPA2, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise in Wi-Fi driver testing, debugging, and firmware validation.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems, embedded environments, and kernel debugging.
• Experience in automating test frameworks using tools like Robot Framework, Pytest, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of network analysis tools such as Wireshark, iPerf, or TCPDump.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in direct customer interaction, requirement gathering, and status reporting.
• Hands on experience with Wi-Fi performance tools such as Spirent and Candela would be an added advantage.
