About the Role :
DocumentIT LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with a strong background in Workday Prism Analytics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data modeling, reporting, and integration within the Workday ecosystem, along with a passion for problem-solving and driving business insights through data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and support Workday Prism datasets, pipelines, and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Prism solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization within Workday.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable dashboards and analytics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Workday releases or enhancements.
