Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive based in Zirakpur-Mohali. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, managing accounts, coordinating with various teams, and driving sales strategies. The role involves day-to-day management of online sales platforms, overseeing promotional campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze online sales performance and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Plan and execute online promotions, discount campaigns, and product launches.
Handle product uploads, returns, refunds, and customer queries related to online orders.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, social media, and paid ads to drive traffic and sales.
Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, platform guidelines, and brand standards.
Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tools (preferred).
